Getting started with Nexora.

Nexora helps server owners manage moderation, tickets, verification, welcomes, commands and premium modules from Discord and the web dashboard.

1. Invite Nexora

Click Invite Nexora, choose your server, review the permissions shown by Discord and press Authorize. You need permission to manage that server.

2. Login to the dashboard

Click Login Dashboard, approve Discord login and select the server you want to manage. Nexora only shows servers you can manage.

3. Start with one module

Enable one module first, such as Welcome or Tickets, then test it inside Discord before turning on more features.

4. Use commands when needed

Slash commands such as /ban, /ticket and /verify_setup can be used by staff with the correct permissions.

Invite Nexora to your server.

Nexora must be added to your Discord server before commands, tickets, verification or dashboard settings can work.

How to invite

1. Click Invite Nexora.
2. Choose your Discord server.
3. Review the permissions Discord displays.
4. Press Authorize.

After inviting

Use Login Dashboard to configure your server, or run setup commands directly in Discord if your staff team prefers commands.

Common issue

If your server does not appear during invite, your Discord account may not have permission to manage or add bots to that server.

Dashboard basics.

The dashboard lets server owners manage Nexora without using long command chains for every setting.

Server selector

After logging in, choose the server you want to edit. Settings are saved per server, so each community can have different modules enabled.

Saving changes

Make your changes, then press Save settings. Test important changes in Discord after saving.

Recommended flow

1. Invite Nexora.
2. Select your server.
3. Enable Welcome or Tickets first.
4. Save and test.
5. Continue with moderation, verification and command access.

Command usage.

Commands are grouped by purpose. Some commands require staff permissions or dashboard access rules.

Welcome and leave messages.

Welcome tools help new members feel like they joined an active, organised community.

What it does

• Sends a message when a member joins.
• Can send leave messages when members exit.
• Supports custom text and server placeholders.
• Can be configured from the dashboard or commands.

Common placeholders

{user} mentions the joining member. {server} inserts the server name.

Recommended setup

1. Create a public welcome channel.
2. Enable Welcome in the dashboard.
3. Choose your welcome channel.
4. Write a short friendly message.
5. Save and test with a private test account or test server.

Ticket system.

Tickets give members a private place to contact staff without cluttering public channels.

What tickets can do

• Create private support channels.
• Ping support roles.
• Save transcripts when enabled.
• Use a public ticket panel with buttons.
• Auto-close inactive tickets when configured.

How to use

1. Create a support category.
2. Create or choose a staff support role.
3. Open Dashboard → Tickets.
4. Set the category, role and panel text.
5. Save and post your ticket panel.

Useful command

/ticket manages ticket panels and ticket actions depending on staff permissions.

Moderation tools.

Nexora gives staff a single place for everyday moderation and emergency protection.

Core actions

Use /ban, /kick, /timeout, /warn, /purge, /lock and /unlock for normal staff workflows.

Automod protections

• Anti-spam message limits.
• Blocked words.
• Invite blocking.
• Link blocking.
• Moderation log channel.

Security tools

/raid, /panic and /age are designed for higher-risk moments and should be limited to trusted staff.

Verification module.

Verification helps protect your server by controlling who receives access roles.

What it does

• Posts a verification panel.
• Assigns a verified role.
• Supports simple button verification.
• Supports stricter captcha-style flows when enabled.

How to set it up

1. Create a verified role.
2. Create a verification channel.
3. Open Dashboard → Verification.
4. Choose the channel, role and mode.
5. Post your verification panel.

Music commands.

Music gives premium servers a voice-channel player with queue controls and Discord button controls.

Supported input

/play query:Juice WRLD Lucid Dreams Search YouTube and play the best match.

/play query:https://spotify.com/track/... Resolve Spotify metadata, search YouTube, then play the matching audio.

Commands

/play query:<song, YouTube URL, Spotify URL or playlist> Play a song or add it to the queue.

/music controls Open the Now Playing panel with Pause, Resume, Skip and Stop buttons.

/nowplaying Show the current track and controls.

/minfo Shortcut for the music info/control panel.

/pause Pause the current song.

/resume Resume playback.

/skip or /nxtsong Skip to the next queued song.

/queue View queued songs.

/stop Stop playback and clear the queue.

Dashboard controls

• Enable or disable music per server.
• Set queue size limits.
• Enable or disable Spotify-link resolving.
• Restrict controls to a DJ role.
• Optionally restrict music commands to a specific text channel.

TTS commands.

TTS lets approved users send short text-to-speech messages using Discord native TTS.

Commands

/tts message:<text> Speak a message in the current channel.

/ttslist Show TTS command help and available controls.

Dashboard controls

• Enable or disable TTS per server.
• Restrict TTS to a selected channel.
• Set max message length.
• Choose a friendly style label for future voice options.

Good practice

Keep TTS restricted to a dedicated channel so it stays fun without disrupting normal chat.

Premium features.

Premium is for servers that want more customisation, entertainment and advanced control.

How premium locks work

Premium-only settings appear locked for basic servers. Once premium is active for a server, those controls become available.

Good to know

Core moderation, tickets, verification and welcome features should remain useful even without premium.

Help and troubleshooting.

Common issues for server owners and staff using Nexora.

Nexora is not appearing in my server

Make sure you completed the Discord invite flow and selected the correct server. You may need Manage Server permission to add bots.

Commands do not show up

Give Discord a moment to refresh slash commands. Also check that Nexora has the permissions it needs in the channel.

A command says I do not have permission

Your server owner or admin may need to adjust staff roles, Discord permissions or dashboard command access rules.

Tickets are not creating

Check that the ticket module is enabled, the ticket category exists and Nexora can manage channels.

Verification does not assign the role

Make sure Nexora’s role is above the verified role in Discord’s role list, and that it has permission to manage roles.
